Full Circle Impact

Asking "Why?" brings problems to light
Asking "Why not?" is the first step to solving them

In conflicts, there are no one-size-fits-all solutions. Many parties are involved, both directly and indirectly. Contexts may differ due to differences in e.g. economy, legislation, culture, and social structures.

With everyone involved, we use our Full Circle Impact Model based on dialogue, interaction, building blocks and system thinking to work together toward meaningful, lasting solutions fitting the specific context.

Because conflicts come in many forms, the first step is to understand why conflict occurs. From there, we have identified 8 action points.

1. GLOBAL AWARENESS

Raising awareness about systemic issues and injustices affecting children, encouraging shared responsibility and using our voice to ensure that every story is heard and valued.

2. PARTICIPATION, INCLUSION & EMPOWERMENT

Actively involving children in shaping solutions that affect them, fostering ownership, agency, and long-term impact.

3. FOOD & WATER SECURITY

Working toward sustainable solutions that guarantee reliable access to nutritious, safe and affordable food and clean water for current and future generations.

4. PERSONAL GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT

Supporting creativity, emotional development, life skills, and social connection through programs that create safe environments where children can thrive beyond academic learning.

5. EDUCATION FOR ALL

Providing access to quality education in both physical schools and online platforms, so that every child, regardless of location or circumstances, can learn and grow.

6. HEALTH & WELLBEING

Promoting sustainable children’s healthcare systems that include both physical and mental health support, so children can thrive in body and mind.

7. SAFE HOMES & SHELTERS

Ensuring every child has access to a safe, stable living environment - whether through permanent housing, temporary shelters, or family reunification programs.

8. CHILDREN'S RIGHTS SECURITY

Empowering children to raise their voices, defend their rights, and pursue justice for themselves and their communities.

At Full Circle Impact, children are at the heart of everything we do — they are the future. Yet many children who experience one form of conflict also face others, often deeply interconnected and compounding the challenges they encounter.
That is why we engage children directly and take an integrated approach — tackling conflict in its broader context to create meaningful solutions. We focus on the following interconnected groups of children living with conflict:

CHILDREN IN ARMED CONFLICT

CHILDREN IN DOMESTIC CONFLICT

CHILDREN IN SOCIAL CONFLICT

CHILDREN IN CULTURAL AND SOCIETAL CONFLICT

CHILDREN IN INSTITUTIONAL CONFLICT

CHILDREN IN HEALTH RELATED CONFLICT

CHILDREN IN INTERNAL (PSYCHOLOGICAL) CONFLICT

CHILDREN IN CONFLICT WITH THE ENVIRONMENT AND FUTURE
